About the role

Our client in the banking sector is executing a project to migrate customers from another bank to its services. As part of this project, credit cards will be transitioned to a new platform, and new cards will be issued to incoming customers. The goal is to offer all customers efficient and effective card payment management. You will hop on to this ongoing project and work on securing the dispute and chargeback process with an external vendor and conducting necessary pre-migration activities together with your colleagues in Finland and Norway.

Work tasks

• Drive pre-migration activities connected to fraud operations to ensure business requirements and operational readiness
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and document dispute & chargeback related process
• Support and contribute to client's quality assurance processes from dispute & chargeback perspective

We are looking for

• Fluent English written and spoken
• Prior work experience in the payments industry
• Prior experience with stakeholder management and leading activities with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience in cards business, fraud operations, and dispute and chargeback process
• Experience with process design and documentation
• Experience with process outsourcing with migration activities and customer journey focus

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience, or self-taught.
