About the role

In this new role of ours, you will be part of the team that is marketing the next generation of technology for the mining industry. Small team takes the lead in applying a balanced and effective mix of marketing, communication, and brand activities to drive sales, promote growth strategy and ensure their unique brand position. We´re looking for a truly dynamic, creative, and operational Marketing Specialist. This role will be reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager and work closely with Marketing team members from each of the business units. You will work globally with key internal stakeholders. This role requires a willingness to travel internationally.

Työtehtävät

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and activities for the integrated digital offering
• Ensure cross-divisional marketing alignment and drive joint initiatives
• Management of internal and external communication, inclusive of companys webpage, social media platforms, newsletters and intranet
• Creation of content visuals and communication packages for both internal and external communication purposes
• Develop and update sales, marketing and promotional material for use in internal and external marketing platforms including offering videos and joint customer case stories
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure deliverables are met, on time and on budge

We are looking for

• Over 6 years' experience in marketing and communications/business development with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in the field
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written). Finnish or Spanish is an advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of social media platforms
