We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Manager to join our customer's fast-growing team. At One Click LCA you will be part of the global SaaS company, which is working to decarbonize construction industry, currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions. About the role

One Click LCA’s innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 170 countries and is growing rapidly. They target construction and built environment (where they are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals, responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.
You will join a supportive and mission-oriented team in a flexible work environment, and have a great deal of autonomy in your role. In addition to your financial controlling responsibilities, you will lead an international team.
This full-time, permanent position is available on a hybrid basis for candidates based in Helsinki or Uusimaa-area.

Work tasks

• Financial Reporting (e.g. oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements and prepare financial reports, making sure they are in accordance with GAAP or IFRS)
• Internal Controls and Compliance (e.g. establish and enforce financial policies and procedures and manage internal and external audits)
• Team Leadership (e.g. lead the accounting team by highlighting collaborative and high-performance environment)
• Cash Flow Management (monitor and manage cash flow as well as oversee accounts receivable and payable functions)
• Tax Management (ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and coordinate planning with external tax advisors)
• Strategic Influence (assist the CFO in developing financial strategies, participate M&As)
• Risk Management (identify and manage financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies)

We are looking for

• Solid multiple years’ background from Financial Controlling or similar roles and experience in building scalable finance functions.
• Experience in leadership role
• Experience in Accounting and Standalone & Group Consolidated Audits
• Knowledge in business partnering, FP&A and customer analytics.
• Fluent English (oral and written) as it will be the working language
• Eagerness to work hard, roll up sleeves and work side-by-side with the team; not just a leader but a doer.
• Willingness to take responsibility, and thrive in a fast-moving environment as well as business maturity and ability to communicate effectively to senior management levels.

It is highly desirable if you have:
Experience in B2B SaaS environment, ERP roll-out, integrations or Big 4 Audit/Transactional Service. Also fluent Finnish is seen as a plus.
