Work tasks

In this role you are operating between project planning and Project Management office. You are refining technical requirements from design into procurement needs and preparing them for supplier orders.

• Receiving technical documentation and transforming it into procurement inquiries
• Categorizing procurement needs and directing them to right suppliers for inquiries
• Handling assigned tenders between available suppliers
• Interacting with various different stakeholders and preparing tenders for project manager
• Preparing procurement for the purchasing organization to create Purchase Orders

We are looking for

• Background in procurement, ability to read procurement contracts
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and familiarity with technical standards (machining, surface treatment, materials, electrical components)
• Technical educational bacground
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with SAP, Team Center, Salesforce/Jira

It is meritorious if you have:

• Finnish, German, Ukrainian language skills
• Project experience
