About the role

In this role, you will be part of a remote-friendly organization with manufacturing locations across Europe. The position involves travel within Finland (Harjavalta, Ikaalinen) and potentially in Europe. You will support the business by providing testing and quality assurance for our ERP system, creating documentation, and assisting users with ERP functionalities.

A security clearance and drug test will be carried out for the chosen candidate.

Work tasks

• Conduct testing and quality assurance for the ERP platform following updates.
• Create and maintain documentation, including how-to guides and troubleshooting documents.
• Support business operations by facilitating problem-solving and documenting solutions.
• Assist in testing changes together with IT and business users.
• Translate technical release notes and change notes into business-friendly language.
• Manage run activities such as ERP configuration updates, scheduling platform updates, and managing user roles and licenses.

We are looking for

• Work experience in testing and quality assurance.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Excellent prioritization and logical problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and independent work approach.
• Ability to understand and manage complex tasks.
• Fluency in English; Finnish and German is a plus.

It is meritorious if you have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems.
