Our client is looking for an Accounting Assistant to support a team of three. You will play a key role in managing student-related accounting in a professional and service-oriented environment.

Work tasks

• Handle incoming calls and emails related to invoicing
• Follow up payments
• Enter invoices and banking transactions

We are looking for

• Education: Administratives studies or equivalent
• Languages: Fluent in French and English (C1); Italian is a plus
• Skills: comfortable with accounting documents
• Personal qualities: Conscientious, organized, responsible, and communicative
