About the role
As Sales Director Mexico at Acast, you will play an integral part in the future growth of podcasting and Acast in Mexico. We want a motivated, optimistic & experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic sales team, that will help manage, establish and grow a portfolio of key media agencies and brand relationships in Mexico. This role is for a driven and entrepreneurial salesperson, with an established track record of successfully selling digital and/or audio and developing a rapidly growing business and market. We are looking for someone who has experience in a fast-moving media environment, who is confident and passionate in presenting and building relationships.
You must enjoy establishing and nurturing agency relationships and brand relationships across the region as well as across our global sales teams. You must also have a good understanding of working with talent and be passionate about their work as Podcasters. As a leader you are supportive, empathetic, optimistic and have a growth mindset for both your team and our business and you are expected to provide leadership to both your team and the MD across the region and work collaboratively with all facets of the business. You are looking forward to driving revenue growth across Mexico and being our pioneer in the market.
