Privacy Policy &amp; Terms of Service&nbsp;The service for handling recruitments and simplifying the hiring process (the "Service") is powered by Adway on behalf of our clients/the employer (“Controller,” “we,” “us”). It’s essential that individuals using the Service ("Users") feel informed and secure about how their personal data is handled throughout the recruitment process. We uphold a high standard of data protection to ensure that Users’ personal data is processed responsibly. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) details how we collect, use, store, and protect Users' personal data in accordance with current data protection laws.&nbsp;1. General&nbsp;Adway acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this Service, processing it for the facilitation of recruitment on behalf of our clients (“Third Party”) and maintaining an ongoing recruitment relationship with potential candidates. Adway may work with platform partners (“Third Party”) to support recruitment processes and enhance candidate engagement.&nbsp;2. Collection of Personal Data&nbsp;We are responsible for processing the personal data provided by Users or sourced from third-party services, and other public sources.&nbsp;When and How We Collect Personal Data:&nbsp;Direct Collection: We collect data when Users apply through our Service, either manually or by using third-party integrations (e.g., Facebook Lead Ads, LinkedIn etc.).&nbsp;External Sourcing: We collect data from third parties, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and other public sources. This is referred to as “Sourcing” and be manually performed by our employees or automatically in the Service.&nbsp;Types of Personal Data Collected:&nbsp;The categories of personal data that can be collected through the Service can be used to identify natural persons from names, e-mails, pictures and videos, information from Facebook and LinkedIn-accounts, answers to questions asked through recruiting, titles, education and other information that the User or others have provided through the Service. Only data that is relevant for the recruitment process is collected and processed.&nbsp;3. Purpose and Lawfulness of Processing&nbsp;The primary purpose of processing User data is to (i) facilitate recruitment on behalf of our clients by matching candidates to specific roles and (ii) maintain an ongoing relationship with candidates, which includes providing updates about new job opportunities that align with their qualifications and career interests.&nbsp;This continuous engagement with potential candidates is part of our recruitment service, allowing us to notify candidates of future roles that may be suitable for them. Users may opt out of receiving these updates at any time.&nbsp;The lawful basis for data processing is our legitimate interest in efficiently supporting our clients’ recruitment needs, as well as User consent where required.&nbsp;In cases where personal data is aggregated and anonymized for statistical or research purposes, it cannot be used to identify individual Users and is thus not considered personal data under GDPR.&nbsp;4. Consent of the Data Subject&nbsp;The User consents to the processing of their personal data by submitting their information through the Service, agreeing that:&nbsp;Personal data collected through the Service will be used to manage recruitment activities.&nbsp;Personal data may be processed in the context of continuous recruitment, which includes providing notifications about relevant new job opportunities.&nbsp;Information from publicly available sources may be compiled for recruitment purposes.&nbsp;Users have the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, though this may limit participation in certain recruitment communications.&nbsp;5. Storage and Transfers&nbsp;Personal data collected through the Service is processed and stored within the EU/EEA or transferred to third countries with adequate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect data subjects' rights. Users’ Rights&nbsp;Users have the right to:&nbsp;Users have the right to request information about the personal data we process. Security&nbsp;We prioritize the personal integrity and therefore works actively so that the personal data of the Users are processed with utmost care. We take the measures that can be reasonably expected to the make sure that the personal data of Users and others are processed safely and in accordance to this Privacy Policy and the GDPR-regulation.&nbsp;However, transfers of information over the internet and mobile networks can never occur without any risk, so all transfers are made on the own risk of the person transferring the data. It is important that Users also take responsibility to ensure that their data is protected. It is the responsibility of the User that their login information is kept secret.&nbsp;9.
