Our perfect candidate would ideally have:

  • Excellent communication skills in required language - English;

  • Customer-oriented, possessing excellent soft skills;

  • Ability to capture information easily, summarize it and provide it briefly;

  • Ability to adapt quickly;

  • Technically-oriented person, good at troubleshooting and problem solving skills;

The specific required knowledge for the position is:

  • Understanding of Active Directory;

  • Understanding of Networking (DNS, Network issues troubleshooting, DHCP, Network topology description);

  • Understanding in Virtualization technologies (Hyper V)

  • Understanding Windows Server Edition;

  • Strong problem solving and Troubleshooting skills;

  • Experience with deployment (OS, patching);

  • Understanding of back up concepts;

  • Previous software troubleshooting experience will be considered as an advantage.
