We are looking for a Customer Support Professional to join our team of bright and forward-thinking specialists

Handling Business Clients requests via phone, email and chat
Providing support to the utilized services our customers use
Providing accurate information and maintain detailed and in-depth checks
Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
You are good fit for the role if you:
Are fluent in Spanish and have working level of English
Are customer service oriented
Have excellent communication skills
Are experienced in MS Office
Have analytical and problem-solving skills
