What you'll do as Sport Support Associate?

  • Handling customer request regarding wide range of sports products via phone and chat

  • Providing accurate information and maintain detailed case notes

  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction

  • Contributing to reaching individual and team performance targets

If you:

  • Have advanced level of French and has working level of English

  • Are customer service-oriented

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Have strong typing and PC skills

  • Are analytical and problem-solving oriented
