We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to join our team of bright and forward-thinking specialists.
So, what’s the role all about?
Handling Business Clients requests via email and chat
Resolving customer issues and providing direct transaction support to internal teams
Setting case priority depending on the clients’ needs
Collaborating with cross-functional partners and vendor representatives
Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
Focusing on established process improvement identification
You are good fit for the role if you:
Are fluent in English
Are able to identify and understand client needs
Have computer literacy and experience with case management systems, email, and chat
Are experienced with MS Office
Are customer service oriented
Have excellent interpersonal skills, self-confidence and are a strong team player
Have analytical and problem-solving skills
