The Bridge develops manufactures, and sells  networking hardware, software, telecommunications equipment  and other high-technology services and products.

We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to join our team of bright and forward-thinking specialists.

So, what’s the role all about?

  • Handling Business Clients requests via email and chat

  • Resolving customer issues and providing direct transaction support to internal teams

  • Setting case priority depending on the clients’ needs

  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners and vendor representatives

  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction

  • Focusing on established process improvement identification

You are good fit for the role if you: 

  • Are fluent in English

  • Are able to identify and understand client needs

  • Have computer literacy and experience with case management systems, email, and chat

  • Are experienced with MS Office

  • Are customer service oriented

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, self-confidence and are a strong team player

  • Have analytical and problem-solving skills
