Your Job Role:

  • Handling gamers inquiries regarding PC/Console gaming issues by email, chat, and social media
  • Providing complete troubleshooting following the established procedures
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Contributing to reaching individual and team performance targets

What you need to have:

  • To be fluent in Italian and advanced in English
  • To be familiar with PC and Console gaming
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to identify and understand clients’ needs
  • Ability to present complex information in a simple way
