In this position, you will be driving the success of the Bridge in selling X-architectural software agreements overarching the whole portfolio into the Swiss market. In this role you are mainly supporting the Swiss Sales team as well as the Swiss client`s partners. You will be quick to find opportunities, highly capable as a trusted consultant and mentor to our partners & account teams, as well as committed to improve the proficiency of the complete Specialist team you will be part of.
As a Virtual Software Sales Specialist at the Bridge you will work in the Recurring Software Specialist team, and you will act as a software-focused technology sales professional who helps partners to benefit from what our whole portfolio can offer. You will chase software opportunities, and you will be demonstrating knowledge across the broad portfolio. You will partner with Account and Pre-sales teams. You will be in direct touch with our partners and will partner with other colleagues from different organizations supporting the business from across Switzerland.
In this job, you will:
Directly support the Swiss Account Team as well as the Bridge Partners in x-architecture software agreement selling – Create new and renew volume license contracts.
Work with country software leader to follow a Software led selling approach and reach the assigned country targets
Meet Customers & Partners virtually and educate them on the Bridge’s Recurring Software Offers and Buying Programs
Support clear and accurate leading (forecast, pipeline etc.) and lagging (bookings/revenue) metrics
Be able to explain all aspects of Partner related Software activities eg Smart Licensing, Lifecycle Advisor, VIP, Customer Success
Understand the Bridge’s Buying Programs (EA) and drive Partners to leverage EA sales by Partners
Who You Are
You are a technology expert with a strong business acumen.
You are an experienced XaaS seller and familiar with Cloud and hybrid offering models.
You are a licensing guru and strong in positioning consumption based / pay-as-you-go solution models.
You do have a clear understanding of the software lifecycle and are able to explain the variety of advantages towards our partner ecosystem in order to the help them creating their own services and lifecycle offerings.
You have contextual knowledge - local market evolution, global industry trends, major competitors value proposition.
You have consultative skills to properly identify customer needs.
You have an effective communication, presentation and influential skills to position client`s value.
You have market development skills and the ability to map the Bridge strategy into local context.

You have a self-driving character & entrepreneurial mindset.
You are a team player and proactive in connecting with various stockholders locally as well as on regional stage.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and preferably in the Enterprise Networking space.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in German and English combined with great listening and presentation skills.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in technology or business from a reputable University.
