Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist with passion for technology to join our Team.
This role gives you the opportunity to acquire in-depth IT knowledge and be part of a busy, energetic, and supportive team.

  • Handling Business Clients Technical requests via phone or web portal

  • Analyzing device performance issues

  • Providing relevant solutions through established procedures

  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction

  • Work and partner with others within a team-based environment

You are the one we’re looking for if you: 

  • Are fluent in both Italian and English

  • Follow the IT trends and have basic technical skills

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Have the ability to present complex information in a simple way
