As a Customer Experience Associate with German, you’ll join a high functioning team of passionate support professionals who know their performance is critical to our client. Responsible for providing phone and email support for our customers by investigating, and resolving their issues
Identifying clients problems and propose solutions
Collaborating with other team members and vendor partners to provide high-quality support
Set a high bar for support analysts within the organization by setting an example through performance and work ethic
Good understanding of English and advance level of German language (written and spoken)
Strong PC skills - keyboarding and surfing
Excellent communication skills
Ability to identify and understand clients’ needs
Ability to present complex information in a simple way
Experience with compliance, payments, fraud, account access, trust and safety, or other relevant operational domains.
Advanced understanding of Google apps, JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud
