Microsoft Forum Engineer with French and EnglishJob Description
We're looking for a Technical Support Advisor with passion for technology to join our Microsoft team.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and provide information about products supported by Microsoft TechNet Forum or software development topics supported by MSDN - Microsoft Developing tools
Provide most adequate answers, information, or solutions.
Maintain the level of knowledge about the supported products
Works reasonable in order to apply the project processes and procedures, such as establishing customer relationship, set correct expectations, and apply the knowledge provided as well personal research in order to understand and troubleshoot the customer’s issues.
Proactively drive topics about new products
Requirements:
Fluency in French and English language.
Working knowledge of Microsoft OnPremise server sofwate such as: Exchange, Sharepoint, Skype for Business,
MSDN Specific - C#, C++, .Net or other programming languages, experience with Visual Studio or other IDEs
Working knowledge of personal and server computer architecture.
Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills – analytic thinking.
Skill to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
Ability to work in a time critical environment.
Adapt accordingly to eventual changes in processes, systems, applications in order to maintain homogeneity of the support delivered
