We have an exciting opportunity to come and be part our team as a Relocation Specialist in Bulgaria. We need someone to take care of Concentrix’s employees from abroad who will be visiting Bulgaria for an interim or permanent position – organize their trip, find accommodation, show them our capital Sofia and be part of their everyday communication with the Bulgarian team.
Job description:
Assist on booking flights from home country to Bulgaria
Find/book temporary accommodation for foreign new employees
Assist on finding definitive accommodation (including accompanying them to visit apartments if necessary)
Pick-up the new employees from the airport and make sure they arrive safely and settle properly.
Have face to face meetings on a regular basis in the office with the arrived employees.
Schedule guided city tours
Schedule and organize events on a monthly basis (Team Buildings, parties, get together,…)
Profile:
Self-oriented / self-driven
High sense of responsibility
Available for flexible schedules
Fluent in English (other languages may be a plus)
Needs to know Sofia very well – culturally and socially (this person will work on the integration of foreign new employees in the life of the city)
Knowledge about Varna will be an advantage
Experience in tourism (preferably as tourist guide)
