What the role looks like:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process
- Manage a high volume of requisitions (10-15 requisitions at any given time), using a variety of tools
- Manage the hiring managers expectations and ensure they receive regular updates on recruitment progress
- Maintain recruitment administration and systems (inc Workday Recruiting) in a timely manner including the appropriate correspondence to all applicants
- Drive the local implementation of global recruitment and selection processes and policies
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
- Network internally and externally to build relationships with potential high caliber candidates to build talent pipeline
- Ensure a positive candidate experience is achieved for all applicants
- Collaborate with hiring managers to build strong credible relationships, discuss recruitment needs and determine appropriate recruitment strategies
- Own local and global hiring requisition approvals process
- Provide training and ongoing coaching to hiring managers to ensure they fully understand our recruitment and selection processes and that they are able to identify the right people
- Create and report on key hiring metrics
Your profile:
- Fluent level of English – both written and spoken
- Previous experience as a recruiter / recruitment coordinator
- Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment would be considered an advantage
- Quick and being able to work in a team
- Strong relationship builder able to communicate and forge excellent working relationships with internal and external people at all levels
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently under tight deadlines
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
- Commercially focused with strong numeracy skills
- IT literate, specifically MS Office and ATS software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with proven success
