What I will be doing
Sales Profile
Sell new digital campaign opportunities and advertising products.
Analyse the success of digital marketing campaigns
Provide campaign feedback and recommendations.
Help customers to maximise their return on investment
Customer Services Profile
Provide post-sales support
Solve platform and product related issues
Look for ideas to enhance service and improve the overall customer experience
Essential requirements:
Customer Service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in any language
Proficient in English at a professional level
Desirable requirements:
Marketing university degree or any other relevant fields is a plus
Experience in social media and/or digital marketing is a plus
Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced environment
Relocation
