Do you want to be part of a team supporting our customers in their everyday work? Then we’re eager to meet you as we’re now looking for a Software Developer to join us at Sandvik Coromant. Welcome to a collaborative team environment, where we help each other to succeed.
About the job
You work in our product team, where we have end-to-end responsibility for developing software products that help our customers automate decisions when planning their manufacturing. In close collaboration with both users and customers we solve problems through modern cloud software and digital expertise. By interacting at an early stage, we easily discover challenges to capture needs and understand technical requirements. You build and deliver user value through our systems that are based on customer feedback and our manufacturing know-how. Using your skills, you always aim to deliver software that fulfills needs and goals set up by the business – leading us to an even more user-friendly platform!
You find our team both in central Stockholm and Sandviken. We operate in a hybrid setup where you have the possibility to work from home a couple of days a week.
About you
We believe that you’re currently working as a System Developer or similar and are curious to take the next step towards solution architecture and get the chance to impact our way of working. To be successful in this job, you have a profound knowledge of system development (Angular, C# and .Net core) and a genuine interest in learning more about system architecture in cloud environments (Azure). Experience from SaaS development, CAD/CAM programs or 3D related operations is also good to have. Since we work in a global organization, you have great communication skills in English – both written and verbal – while Swedish is a plus.
Your personality is equally important as your background and being a collaborative team player, you gladly provide support and have no problem in asking for help. In your new team, you have senior colleagues there to help you when needed. You’re driven by solving problems and are eager to learn new things – always with our customers and users in focus.
Our culture
Innovation is in our DNA and we’re proud to shape the future of manufacturing in close collaboration with our customers and partners.
