About the role
The M&A function plays a very central and strategic part in Loomis’ growth and is responsible for driving all M&A activities globally within the Group. As an M&A Manager at Loomis you will be involved in all steps of the M&A process and play an important role in developing the M&A work in facilitating the different M&A activities across the group. In this role you will report to the Global Head of M&A and be based in the global HQ office in Stockholm. The M&A function works closely with the executive management, the regional and business line units, as well as the external M&A community.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen, identify and analyze potential M&A or investment cases
• Coordinate/ project manage the different steps in the M&A process
• Perform valuation analysis and financial modelling
• Coordinate and perform the due diligence
• Support in post-merger integration
• Prepare material and presentations for executive management, the board or other stakeholders
• Actively contribute to continuously develop and improve the M&A function’s structure and processes
• Participate in Group projects and ad-hoc tasks
• Your qualifications
• Master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, industrial engineering or other
• 4-6 years of relevant M&A experience from Investment Banking, PE/investment companies, M&A boutique/advisory, Transaction Advisory Services (Financial DD), and or in combination with some experience from corporate M&A roles
• Excellent valuation and financial modelling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Swedish (or a Scandinavian language)
