About the role
The M&A function plays a very central and strategic part in Loomis’ growth and is responsible for driving all M&A activities globally within the Group. As an M&A Manager at Loomis you will be involved in all steps of the M&A process and play an important role in developing the M&A work in facilitating the different M&A activities across the group. In this role you will report to the Global Head of M&A and be based in the global HQ office in Stockholm. The M&A function works closely with the executive management, the regional and business line units, as well as the external M&A community.
