What will you do?
In the role of Customer Service Representative for International Färg, you will together with your nine colleagues, always ensure to maintain excellent service to our customers in Marine and Protective Coatings for the Nordic region. Your main tasks are:

* Where appropriate contact agents and make necessary arrangements for delivery to an agent or direct to customers
* Obtains adequate customer and product knowledge to find solutions for customer needs
* Completes registering / filing / archiving of customer service-related documentation
* Assures cooperation between customer service and field sales force regarding administration of customers' orders.
* Closely cooperates with the logistics function to maintain consistency in approach towards customer service in the organization.
* To have daily contacts with stakeholders and colleagues in various functions in Europe

Please note that the position is a temporary role for a duration of 6 months, to begin with, based at our site in Angered in Gothenburg. You will report to the Customer Service Manager Nordics.

Requirements:
* Fluent in spoken and written Finnish, Swedish, and English, as this is our corporate language.
* Strong computer skills in, SAP, MS Office, Teams, and Excel, among other software platforms.
