About the role
The People team sits at the heart of Warner Music Group and is focused on attracting, retaining and developing exceptional people, enabling them to be the best they can be to drive Warner´s continued success in the market place. We design, implement and facilitate People programs and partner with the business to support key organisational initiatives. We are passionate about what we do, always striving for better, willing to go the extra mile and happy to roll up our sleeves to support our colleagues.
This is a broad and varied role that includes both strategic and operational work within the whole HR area. You will work closely with both our Nordic business leadership team and our international People team.
Your main areas and responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving and implementing our global People initiatives in the Nordics ensuring they align with business objectives
- Partner with managers to provide guidance in workforce planning, organisational design and development, talent management and talent retention including succession planning, career management, performance planning, coaching, recruiting and onboarding strategies
- Own the delivery of the talent and organizational development agenda for Warner Music Nordics
- Drive initiatives to realize our Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion commitments
- Identify reward strategies that recognise high performance, innovation and creativity and remain competitive to market
- Manage the people operations locally (spanning policy, Workday maintenance and reporting, onboarding and offboarding, talent acquisition, employee relations etc)
- Continuously improve and evaluate the People processes and strategies to better support the organization´s needs and provide a great employee experience
Your qualifications
- Preferably an academic degree within Human Resources, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of people processes and several years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably in a medium-sized company
- Experience from working in an international company and/or a Nordic organisation
- Excellent communication skills in English as well as another Scandinavian language (however, you must be able to communicate in Swedish).
- Experience working within the music, tech or media industry is an advantage, so as experience working with the HR system Workday
