Job description
The scope of the role is to support the People and Communications agenda of its area of responsibility and plays an important role in the delivery of P&C services, by working closely with different functions to guide and support HR actions for business requirements. You´ll proactively advise line managers and employees on usage of our People & Communication operating model, acting as a link between business stakeholders and contributing different initiatives within P&C guidelines and KONE values.
The position is located in our Head Quarters in Kista, Stockholm.

You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems effectively and pays meticulous attention to detail and follows established procedures and guidelines meticulously. You work well in a team environment and have strong communication skills and efficiently manages tasks. It´s important for you to uphold ethical standards and act with honesty and transparency.
