Each HR Business Partner gets a designated region where the cooperation with our Retail Managers is the cornerstone to success. The massive operational perspective further requires our HR Business Partners to be close to reality, in the stores and districts, and you support your region by being highly present in both guidance and follow-up.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
- You are a sparring partner for the entire retail team in your region, working to form and develop the best teams in our stores
- You enjoy being "on the road" in your region
- You train and develop our retail leaders
- You regularly visit the stores in your region, supporting and developing the sales organization towards optimal performance
- You implement our HR concepts in close collaboration with the Retail Manager and ensure they are lived by the organization
- You are always on the lookout for internal talents and collaborate with leaders to create development plans
- You help make JYSK an even more attractive employer and support us in employer branding
- You take on and support recruitment for management positions in your region
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
- Several years of experience in HR and/or sales
- Good knowledge of labor law in Bosnia and Herzegovina or dedication to learn it
- High degree of execution power, also when working on your own
- Good at communicating and naturally builds bridges between HR and Retail
- Willingness to travel (approximately 100 days per year)
- You are a communicative, open-minded person with a high level of initiative
- High English proficiency, both written and oral
