Marketing Manager - McCoy's
Slough based (dynamic working model - office/home based)
As our Marketing Manager on McCoy's, you’ll manage and lead the growth plan for a key "invest" brand for KP Snacks. It’s a highly autonomous role with responsibility for development of the full marketing mix and full P&L accountability. You’ll also take responsibility for managing and communicating brand performance to key stakeholders.
As Marketing Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and leading the brand vision and strategy, and delivery of brand plans on time and budget.
Developing brand communications with the ATL agency and activating brilliantly BTL instore partnering with our Shopper Marketing team
Tracking brand performance. Ensuring appropriate business actions are taken
Mentoring and developing a team of 3
Working with the R&D team to launch new NPD projects and keep current projects on track until execution.
As well as working in partnership with the commercial team, you will lead our external agency partnerships developing new communication campaigns.
