HR Business Partner - Corporate & Commercial functions

As our HR Business Partner for Corporate & Commercial functions, you'll work in partnership with each corporate function leadership team to shape, deliver & embed people plans to ensure that KP can continue to evolve with well-motivated, highly skilled and high-performing colleagues.
As our HR Business Partner, some of your key responsibilities will include:
Be the leading partner in all People & HR matters to the Marketing Director, Sales Director, Finance Director.
Provide HR Generalist support to Intersnack Group Function leaders based in the UK which include Procurement, R&D and IT
Be an active member of the HR Leadership team who provide steering and support to the HR function in the UK as well as input into how we drive the overall People & Culture strategy
Lead on projects/initiatives that supports the business to drive it’s People & Culture strategy
Lead the execution of Talent and talent related activities within the Corporate & Commercial functions
Act as a critical coach with leaders in C&C by building strong relationships and being a trusted partner
Support in growing functional & leadership competencies with leaders in Sales, Marketing & Finance
Leads employee engagement activities and supports the process for action planning through the Corporate & Commercial function

CIPD Level 7 qualified or Assessed at the Full Member level
