As our Engineering Planner, you'll co-ordinate and plan activities to continually drive out plant downtime through effective planned maintenance, driving the effectiveness of both weekday and weekend work plans to optimise the available resource.
Reviewing and improving the Planned Maintenance system which includes the following:-
● Detailed, accurate content
● Completion times and manpower / trade requirements
● Calendar or running hour based Preventative Maintenances (PM's) with frequencies which reflect the running hours of individual plants/lines
● To utilise the work plans and planned maintenance systems to achieve the required target completion rates
● Report on departmental score card on a weekly basis
● Report R&M spend and support Area Engineering Manager
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
● Located at site, reporting directly into the Site Services Manager
● Responsible for weekend and mid-week engineering workload and resource plans and availability of PM 'tasks'
● Responsible for maintaining all data held within the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system
● Responsible for reporting compliance, workloads and work backlog information
● Responsible for quality of PPM data
● Responsibility for coordinating the ongoing improvement of the PPM system through regular review of PPM effectiveness with the key stakeholders and Maintenance Leads
● Report engineering score cards with an emphasis on cost of maintenance
