Shift: 3 shift rotation (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00 rotating on a weekly basis)
Team Captains coordinate the daily routines of their team of Operators within the line structure. Their valuable work leads to the site achieving operational excellence goals and the site vision. Being a Team Captain is an additional responsibility. Team Captains are identified because of
the positive way they work with people which make them the go to person on a shift for advice and support.
Team Captains spend around 20% of their time supporting the shift, the rest of the time they will be working as a Team Member or Equipment Owner.
