As our Learning & Development Manager, you will lead, develop and deliver the Education & Training (E&T) Pillar and Master Plan, focusing on increasing capability and creating a coaching culture to minimise losses and increase engagement.
You’ll work in a business partnering model and lead the training team at the factory site to ensure the provision of advice, guidance and direction on all E&T related matters, working closely with and coaching key client groups across the site including the leadership team, first-line managers and colleagues.
