About the Role
As a project assistant, you'll be a crucial part of our QRM unit, supporting compliance projects within Quality and Risk. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates eager to experience working with a global industry leader or individuals passionate about process improvement and compliance.

This role caters to both students and graduates – for students, there is the option to work part-time, dedicating 50% effort while pursuing studies. Graduates, on the other hand, can fully commit to the role, working at 100% capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track progress of action items and tasks, reporting to the project manager.
• Support team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Work on control design within the framework of the System of Quality Management (SoQM).
• Collaborate with various KPMG functions to uphold high-quality standards.
• Maintain project-related systems and documentation.

Who are we looking for

• Academic education in economics, IT, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong business English skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, with a critical mindset and a sense of personal responsibility.
• Proficiency in Swedish and/or other Scandinavian languages is advantageous.
• Experience working with corporate clients is advantageous
