Our role is to guide the client in operationalizing their strategic choices. We support our clients in establishing a professional and sustainable Procurement function that exceeds the expectations from shareholders, management team, other departments, and external bodies. This can involve;

• Operationalize procurement sustainability ambitions
• Improve supplier management including managing supplier risk and sustainability aspects
• Improve purchasing reporting and forecasting
• Identify and mitigate supply / supplier risks
• End-to-end digitalization of procurement from strategy to implementation
• Develop new operating models and organization set-ups
• Develop and standardize Source-to-Pay processes
• Develop category strategies

Who are we looking for

We look to strengthen our team with a senior profile, experienced in planning and delivering procurement projects. You might have worked at a management consulting firm before, addressed strategic client challenges, or you have hands-on managed the same challenges in another type of organization.

We think that you have at least 7 years’ experience within one or more of the areas below;

• Leading transformation projects within procurement
• Sustainable procurement
• Supplier risk management
• Experience from working in leading Source-to-Pay solutions
• Implementation of digital solutions supporting Source-to-Pay

It is considered a qualification if you are fluently in Swedish, fluency in English is required. It is also a qualification if you have experience from an industrial manufacturing company.
