About us and the role

We are seeking an experienced consultant with at least 10-15 years of tenure from leading Technology Consulting firms. We think that the right candidate has been specializing/focusing in the intersection of Technology and Sustainability for the last years. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in leading large-scale IT-transformation projects that incorporate Decarbonization considerations into system design and business processes. At KPMG Management Consulting you will be responsible for advising some of Sweden's largest organizations in designing and implementing IT-transformation programs aimed at improving IT-system efficiency and integrate sustainability into daily operations and processes.

Join our growing Management Consulting practice and collaborate cross-functionally with our Technology Transformation and Climate & Sustainability teams. KPMG Sweden is on an exciting growth journey, with a client portfolio that includes leaders in various industries, both national and multinational. Our team of 200 Management Consultants guides clients through major strategic changes, helping them operationalize their strategic choices.

Responsibilities

• System Transformation: Oversee the transformation of IT solution to support sustainable business practices, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and optimized for performance.
• Leadership: Represent KPMG Sweden as a thought leader in sustainable IT system transformation. Lead and expand the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Actively develop, educate, and train team capabilities.

• Commercial drive: Lead sales efforts, including identifying opportunities, crafting service offerings, and developing go-to-market strategies to secure new engagements and drive business growth.

Who are we looking for

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise architecture or similar roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership roles overseeing large-scale system transformations
• Proven track record in adjusting IT system and data platforms to support the Climate & Sustainability agenda
• Previous experience from a leading Technology Consulting firm
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team towards achieving strategic objectives
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Environmental Management, or related fields
• Track record in commercializing consultancy services
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience managing cross-functional projects and teams
