As a junior consultant in Deal Strategy, you will have the opportunity to work in various projects ranging between our three main competence areas: Integration & Separation, Business & Operational Strategy, and Value creation. Deal Strategy is considered a focus department at KPMG with high growth ambitions where you will play an active role in defining and shaping our future. As part of the team, you can expect a steep learning curve where you will have client exposure from day one and the possibility to become more specialized in a competence area of choice as you develop within the team.
You will receive guidance from senior team members with years of experience in deals consulting and learn our tools and methods working alongside them. Through the work, you will improve your teamwork and collaboration skills and gain deep knowledge about our capabilities and delivery models within the deal sphere. Working at KPMG you will be assigned a people manager to guide you through your journey by setting personal development goals, which may include trainings, international exchange, and internal engagements.
