You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of a Regional Delegation of Authority for the Europe Region – a complex organization made up of many legal entities - to conform with similar formats from other regions which will eventually be rolled up into one Global DOA.

The role
You will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of a Regional Delegation of Authority for the Europe Region – a complex organization made up of many legal entities - to conform with similar formats from other regions which will eventually be rolled up into one Global DOA. This is a project-based role which requires someone who is organized, pro-active, able to communicate well with others, and has a good eye for detail but is able to take a practical approach. The person in this role will work closely with the Director of Compliance and Technical Accounting for the region and may assist with other financial compliance related tasks.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and highly motivated professional capable of working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with various business stakeholders within of Xylem, including executive management.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prepare a delegation of authority document for the Europe Region
- Reach out to and arrange meetings with key stakeholders
- Prepare presentations on project status
- Communicate regular updates to key stakeholders
- Liase with local business units
- Assist with adhoc financial compliance /technical accounting tasks
The role is based in Sundbyberg and it is a hybrid workplace. Remote working is possible.
Is this you?
The right candidate has a Bachelor´s degree in relevant field, Accounting, Finance or equivalent. You have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience. We also think you have experience in US GAAP and SOX/Internal Controls. Technical Accounting Experience is preferable. Also, knowledge of Excel, Power Point and OneStream skills.
Fluency in English both written and spoken is essential.
