Now it's time for IBECO to continue its establishment in the Finnish market, and we are looking for a driven, service-oriented, and good communicator who wants to take on the challenge of becoming our Technical Inside Sales Specialist!
The role
IBECO, one of Sweden's leading water/plumbing suppliers, is expanding its business to Finland and seeking a Technical Inside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will work alongside our Country Sales Manager for Finland to provide technical support and drive sales. You will collaborate with the sales manager to ensure that our customers' needs are met effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for packing orders, handling returns, and managing customer support by phone and email. Working in our order- and CRM systems will be a major part of your job.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Providing clear and concise technical support for products and solutions.
- Assisting the Country Sales Manager and future sales team with quotation requests and sales support.
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Managing sales orders from quotation requests to delivery and following up as needed.
- Collaborating with various departments within the company to develop sales strategies.
- Utilizing CRM systems and other tools to optimize the sales process.
- Fulfilling warehouse tasks including packing orders and handling returns and claims.
Is this you?
The position of Technical Inside Sales Specialist requires a candidate who holds a degree in engineering or a related field. Work experience in water/plumbing may substitute for academic credentials. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in technical sales and customer service, preferably in the water/plumbing industry, and possess good communication skills in both Finnish and English, in addition, candidates with Swedish language skills are strongly encouraged to apply. The candidate should also have experience working with sales processes and sales tools, as well as CRM systems. Moreover, previous experience in warehouse tasks, such as packing orders, handling returns, and claims, is highly preferred.
In terms of personal qualities, we are looking for someone who is service-oriented, flexible, and self-driven. The candidate should possess good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, and be capable of explaining technical products and solutions in a simple and clear manner. The ideal candidate should also be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously and have experience managing customer relationships in a professional manner.

Please note that the job requires full attendance at the office. The office is located 20-25 minutes’ drive from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, and travel may occur within Finland and to Sweden.
