The Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Professional with an engineering degree to cover the Swedish market for gear manufacturing equipment.
With your excellent business skills, you will grow the business in the local market, develop and maintain customer relationships and lead the small team in Gleason's Swedish sales office, currently located in Västerås.
Is this you?
To be successful in this position you have:
• An engineering degree or a strong technical background in manufacturing
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in sales of machine tools
• Experience in international business communication
• Ability to explain technical products
• Strong drive to grow the business in the local market
• Long term oriented
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Excellent English skills in speaking and writing
• Available to travel domestically and, on occasion internationally
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
