What will you be doing?
As a CRM Consultant / Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for running customer projects that take our customers to new heights. You will work with customers in different industries and be responsible for the entire implementation process. This involves holding meetings and workshops to identify the customer's needs, plan the project, and conduct dialogue with any third parties. In addition to this, you build and develop the solution to a certain extent, you ensure the project delivery and hold training in the system. Your role is largely about holding the customer's hand during the process so that they get the most out of their CRM investment.
To succeed at this, it requires that you work in a structured and focused way, and are used to working in larger projects where the customer is in focus. The project size can vary between 4-18 months and you will work in parallel with both new projects and long-term management projects with some of our larger customers. Building a good relationship with the customer is thus a key part of the role. Your strength lies in understanding the customer's needs and challenges, and that you take command in guiding them on their digitization and customer journey.
Your new team?
The consulting team in Oslo today consists of 14 project managers and application consultants who work closely with our fantastic salespeople to drive expansion in Norway. A total of 22 superstars work in Oslo and we plan to continue the stable growth going forward.
In the team, you will find eager football fans, gaming enthusiasts, fitness enthusiasts, and generally pleasant people. Some examples of activities we do together are weekly standups, several annual kickoffs, and theme evenings based on colleagues' interests. We simply love to have fun together!
In addition to the gang in Oslo, you will have a total of 350 wonderful colleagues in our offices around Europe, where 120 of them are part of our consulting department. We help each other out and it is everyone's responsibility to run the company. That is one of the reasons why we are doing so well and why we love our jobs!

The process?
This is an ongoing process, ie we run the recruitment process continuously until we find the right person. In the first step, we screen applications. This is followed by interviews, a practical case, and a reference check. Our process always ends with a final interview with our CEO Nils.
