Our local teams in Sweden have a superb ambition to spread the word about our products, work culture, and daily hustle and bustle. The only problem is that our time and skills don’t keep up with our passion. That’s why we want a dedicated person to work closely with our sales and marketing organization to boost brand awareness and drive local sales & marketing activities together with the Swedish teams.
What would we like you to do?
You will become a part of our marketing department but work in close collaboration with our Swedish sales organization.
You are not afraid to get out there, shouting out our message on as many channels as possible. Working closely with the team in Sweden, you will manage the local market implementation of all central group initiatives, supporting localization, SEO optimization, always-on digital campaigns and ABM.
To maximize local brand awareness and demand, you will also initiate and drive your own marketing and branding initiatives, in collaboration with the Swedish sales managers & interdisciplinary collaboration with the other field marketeers in the different markets. This could include partnerships, campaigns, virtual events, webinars, send-outs, breakfast seminars, podcasts, social channels, PR, etc. You will dig into local partner networking and maximize customer value and advocacy with customer marketing. In short doing creative activities throughout the full customer journey; from generating brand and leads, working closely with sales to help close new deals, engaging and growing our existing customers. To ensure marketing goal fulfillment, you will monitor and track local performance and drive actions.
Responsibilities:
What’s your profile?
Your educational background might be in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Sales, or similar. We are really interested in your ideas, entrepreneurial spirit, and skills - not necessarily in the title.
You have probably been in the marketing game for a few (2-5) years, ideally in tech/SaaS companies. You might even have a demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams?
Being able to deliver new ideas on how to create a massive boost to brand awareness in the local market, or activities together with sales to manage pipeline and help close deals, we believe that you have a mindset focusing on opportunities rather than constraints. Also, you’re not the anxious type, but someone who can take action without waiting for permission. We'd rather be fast-moving and flexible than stay on the safe side to avoid making mistakes.

Location: Preferably Stockholm office, but Gothenburg and Lund also works.
Who will you be working with?
With a strong and dedicated marketing team at our headquarters in Lund, we create most of our content centrally and adapt it to our local markets with the help of a growing team of local field marketers in our European offices. You will join a team of 13 people with expertise in SEO, graphic design, copy writing, web development, field marketing and more. We work closely together on multiple parallel projects and love to bounce ideas between each other. On top of that, we share a passion for music and just having fun together.
