Our team in Finland is full of ambition to spread the word about Lime’s products, culture, and unique approach. But with our rapid growth, we need an energetic team member to focus on the Finnish market, working closely with sales and marketing teams to build brand awareness and drive a robust sales pipeline. You’ll have the freedom to initiate and lead your own marketing projects while collaborating with our central marketing team to bring campaigns to life.
What You'll Do
As part of our marketing department, you’ll work side-by-side with the Finnish sales team to drive high-impact marketing initiatives that fuel pipeline growth and brand recognition in Finland. This role calls for someone who isn’t afraid to be seen and heard, taking Lime’s message across multiple channels to generate strong market traction. Working with the team in Sweden and other markets, you’ll localize group initiatives and dive into SEO optimization, digital campaigns, events, webinar, create relevant content and ABM strategies.
To support sales pipeline and revenue growth, you’ll create and execute targeted campaigns for the Finnish market, collaborating with Sales Managers to attract, engage, and convert prospects. From building partnerships and hosting events to running webinars and managing PR, you’ll connect with potential customers at every stage of the buyer journey. Your initiatives will drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, demand generation, and customer advocacy. By tracking local performance, you’ll adapt campaigns to meet evolving targets and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.

Who You Are
You may have studied marketing, communication, business administration, sales, or a related field, but what’s most important to us is your drive, creativity, and hands-on skills.
With 2-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in tech or SaaS, you’re adept at collaborating with sales teams to achieve measurable results. You’re known for your proactive approach to generating new ideas and executing them to drive tangible results. You excel at spotting opportunities to build pipeline, bringing together strategic thinking and operational action. You’re agile, solutions-focused, and enthusiastic about maximizing Lime’s presence and impact in Finland.

Who Will You Be Working With?
You will join a team of 4 Field Marketeers placed in our other markets Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Germany. The Field Marketeers works closely with the central marketing team at our headquarters in Lund with expertise in SEO, graphic design, copy writing, product marketing, web development and more. We work closely together on multiple parallel projects and love to bounce ideas between each other. On top of that, we share a passion for music and just having fun together.
