Responsibilities
* Supporting the Scada Project Management during the project phases of Construction, Service and After Sales with Planning and Coordination of Milestones and Resources.
* Ensuring timely execution of Service Orders and Support Tickets.
* Allocate and direct resources for unplanned schedule
* Prioritize open work orders within defined company rules and guidelines
* Escalate issues regarding possible overload and shortage of work to Management as appropriate, make recommendations to make effective






Qualifications
In order to thrive in this position, we believe you have:
* Very Good communicational skills
* Experience with MS Office, beneficial would be experience in SalesForce, C4C or similar tools
* Oral and written fluency in English, any further Language skill is a plus
* SAP experience is a big plus as well
