Mowi has operated in Poland for a few years now. We have 9 production plants in two localizations: Duninowo and Lębork. Our production plant in Duninowo near Ustka is one of the largest and most modern fish processing plants in the world. Here, we produce the majority of 200 000 tons of products, which can be purchased on four continents. Business Support Center as well as marketing, IT, and sales departments are located in our Gdańsk branch.

Your Responsibilities:
- Long term fresh products portfolio management based on company strategy,
- Understanding the existing portfolio in order to react according to the stage of the product life cycle,
- Creating fresh product roadmaps based on market insights and consumer needs,
- Supervising the development of products in the fresh category,
- Continuous improvement in fresh product category profitability,
- Conducting fresh salmon products portfolio presentations for customers.
