We are now looking for a Process Engineer to join us at our hydrogen peroxide plant in Rjukan. Take the opportunity to be part of our journey and work in a broad role with interesting projects. YOU WILL
At Rjukan we are part of the Norwegian industrial heritage, meaning that local hydropower is used for water electrolysis and the use of hydrogen and oxygen in our proprietary peroxide technology. The plant has a high degree of automation and sustainability and is operated efficiently by a small team.
Your daily work will be varied, you will work with process development, technology, operational and project support and be responsible for quality and follow-up of especially our GMP certified products. You will report to the plant manager and participate directly in the plant's management team. Furthermore, you will be part of our Nordic Q-team, meaning that you will have contact with the technology and research division of the business unit.

YOU ARE
We expect you to have a M.Sc degree within chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering or other relevant area such as physics or mathematics. You are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages and English in writing and oral. Experience in the chemical industry is highly meritorious. If you also have experience from pharma, GMP and quality work, that is also highly meritorious.
We believe you have a good technical understanding and a solution-oriented mindset. It is essential that you have good communicative ability and understand the importance of creating effective collaborations with various functions internally and externally. To be successful in this position you should be able to take responsibility for your work and can lead assignments and projects. We want you to be open-minded and constantly alert to continuous improvement and what we can do to grow and be better.
