YOU WILL

As a Head of HR, will develop, plan and lead the company´s HR work.

You will work closely with the senior management to develop policies and strategies related to human resources. You will also need to ensure the successful implementation of the policies and strategies throughout the organization. You will be responsible to ensure that all HR needs of the company are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. 

Head of HR are responsible for the overall HR processes, which includes Employer Branding, Performance Management, Learning & development, Talent management, Succession planning and Organization development and Comp & Ben.

You will have a focus on helping the company to nurture a positive environment through
supporting managers in HR related issues. Overall responsible for the HR data and HR system, have the main contact with the unions, stay updated with labour law and collective agreement.

The Head of HR will be apart of the Management Team, reporting to CEO.

Employment type, part-time.

YOU ARE

We are looking for a strong individual that has in-depth knowledge from working with HR related matters in an international setting. To fit the role, we believe it is crucial that you are purpose driven and share our drive to bring sustainable materials to the wider market. If you in addition are a people-oriented person, self-driven, but with good collaboration acumen, non-prestigious as well as an excellent communicator externally and internally.  We will be interested in speaking with you!

Further you will need to have:

• At least a bachelor´s degree within HR or similar
• HR Management experience from a mid-size to large company
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience
• Had budget responsibility
• Excellent knowledge of labour laws and regulations
• Fluent in English
• Good computer skills
