YOU WILL  

In the Home Care and I&I segment, our specialized raw materials are crafted to elevate contemporary living for households, businesses, and institutions. Our diverse ingredient lineup spans biocides, builders, chelates, enzymes, rheology modifiers, silicones, solubilizers, surfactants, and more, catering to the cleaning and maintenance of laundry, dishes, surfaces, air, and vehicles.

Our broad Personal Care portfolio positions us as a comprehensive resource for cosmetic manufacturers and brands, empowering them to craft innovative formulations that are shaping the future of Beauty.

You will be responsible for our existing customers, developing new accounts and understanding our customer´s needs which shall result on long-term sustainable growth. In addition to your sales tasks, you will be part of products development, purchasing, planning and decision making. You will work mainly with Scandinavian customers and are ideally based in Sweden. Further responsibilities:

• Work closely with colleagues as well as the principals, to successfully create business opportunities and tailored concepts specific to the customer´s need
• Negotiating with both customers and suppliers
• Maintain and develop customer relationships and supplier management
• Maintain profitable growth and develop sales in line with budget and strategy

Actively ensure that the products meet client’s requirements / expectations and provide support on product development and other technical issues. 

YOU ARE 

We are looking for a driven and passionate colleague that is highly motivated to work with sales. The role requires you to be committed and without prestige, as well getting motivation from creating business. We also believe that you are confident in yourself and that you possess a well-developed business interest as well as good negotiation and communication skills. You thrive in customer meetings and can easily establish long-term relationships with principals and customers.

To be successful in this role, you need to be comfortable in a growing entrepreneurial organization with high ambitions. You also need have a strong desire to develop the business together with your colleagues. We expect you to have prior experience of sales, preferable in Homecare and I&I, Beauty & Personal care. Experience in the distribution of chemicals and/or chemical sales and understanding of the chemical value chains is a merit. Finally, you need to be fluent in English and Swedish verbally and written.
