YOU WILL

As Infrastructure Specialist you will join our IT Operations team of four driven professionals. We have varied technical tasks but also have the possibility to specialize. You will work in daily operations, deliver projects and also be part of architecting our future infrastructure. Some of your areas of responsibility will be to:

• deliver IT infrastructure services including on-prem and cloud services to ensure we are up-to-date and deliver stable and secure operations to our organization.
• work with network, firewalls, databases, servers, Azure (for example Fabric), MS Entra ID and Exchange etc.
• work with infrastructure roadmaps, keep your eyes on trends and develop yourself with new technology.
• supervise operations of our larger infrastructure partners.
• ensure that preventative maintenance activities are performed and that our infrastructure complies with current information security policies.
• guide and help colleagues and level 3 support for our service desk and application teams.

We expect you to have several years of relevant experience within infrastructure. Your knowledge is broad within IT Operations covering e.g. both cloud/hybrid/on-prem services. You possess good ITIL knowledge and/or have experience with ITSM tools. It is a plus with knowledge and interest within the Azure platform as well as governance and architecture. Full professional proficiency in English is needed and Swedish is an advantage.
