As a Senior Professional within - Supply Chain & Logistics, you collaborate with a team that turns supply chains into strategic assets, optimizing supply chain footprints, improving transportation and distribution activities, and establishing integrated planning functions. You will collaborate with clients to develop and implement advanced supply chain strategies with key responsibilities that include leading design activities, managing large-scale projects and providing an outside-in perspective. Your role will involve analysis of data to inform decision-making processes, lead initiatives that aim to enhance operational efficiency, and convey your recommendations to executive leadership teams. Additionally, you will mentor junior colleagues and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Join us and act as a trusted advisor to let our clients achieve their business goals.

Your main tasks as an experienced Consultant within Supply chain is

• Client Strategy: Develop and deliver long-term client strategies.
• Executive Leadership: Provide strategic direction to multiple project teams in parallel.
• Large-scale Project Oversight: Oversee multiple large-scale and complex projects.
• Problem Solving: Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations and move easily between big picture thinking and providing relevant details.
• Trusted business advisor: Act as a counterpart for functional leaders.
• Team coaching: Mentor junior team members and initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.

Qualifications for the position as a Manager:

• Professional Experience: 4-7 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting, combined with industry experience.
• Educational background: M.Sc. in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or similar.
• Project Management: Solid project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing projects and delivering on time and within budget.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage project teams and mentor junior staff.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Swedish is a plus not a must.

Qualifications for the position as Senior Manager, within Supply Chain & Logistics

• Professional Experience: 8-15 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting, combined with industry experience.
• Educational background: M.Sc. in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or similar.
• Advanced Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain project teams, mentor junior staff and provide strategic direction.
• Client Management: Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining good client relationships, developing business and delivering high-quality client services.
• Project Management: Solid project management skills, with a proven history of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time and within budget.
• Communication Skills: High written and verbal communication skills with extensive experience as a trusted advisor to senior client executives. Swedish is beneficial, not a must.

For both roles, we would prefer if you have

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma, Lean, or APICS (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are highly regarded.
