We are looking for a curious and empathic Service Designer to join our team at PwC Experience Center. In this role you will be key in driving customer centricity, digital transformation and business impact using your service design toolbox.
As a Service Designer, you’ll be a part of a cross-functional team, working hard to put the end-user at the center of everything that we do (and you’ll challenge our clients and their teams to do the same). You have a curious mind, enthusiasm and a designers' mentality – with a passion for making things better for people. You are someone who wants to work with solving large and complex challenges together with our clients, applying a service design mindset and methodologies; from user research, to analysis, ideation, prototyping and testing.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Plan, conduct and document user research; take part in “sense-making” and synthesis activities
Identifying insights about customer needs, behaviors, pain-points and mapping customer journeys
Design and facilitate co-creative workshops and sprints, including instructional material, trainings and toolkits
Generate and develop ideas and test prototypes with end-users
Design with the end-user’s experience as well as our client's organization’s – for them to implement and scale
Collaborate with your project team and client
Contribute in developing point of views and identifying new business opportunities
Requirements:
4+ years experience from working with service design
Fluent in Swedish and English
Excellent communication (spoken and written) and presentation skills.
Relevant education in Design Thinking/Service Design/UX design, or experience of working with Service Design. (Portfolio to showcase experience)
Service design core capabilities: user empathy, communication skills, facilitation, synthesize data, systems thinking, creative problem-solving, visualization skills and prototyping.
An empathic and open-minded team player. Not afraid to stand up for your own opinions, but also humble and willing to listen to others.
It is a plus if you:
Have a passion for sustainable solutions designing for impact
Have strong digital experience and experience from working with transformative projects for larger organizations.
Have excellent interpersonal skills, contributing positively to the success of and relationships with our clients, and the wellbeing of yourself and others.
