What value do you bring as Inclusion & Diversity Manager?

As Inclusion and diversity (or I&D) Manager you will be a key influencer in the organization, working together with the I&D leader and senior leaders to gain their commitment to initiatives which create long-term value for organizations and with the main Human Capital function to ensure that our processes and policies are enabling both an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Some of your key activities are:

• Developing company-wide diversity and inclusion programs

• Responsible for creating, leading, and accelerating the global Inclusion and Diversity strategy that is aligned with PwC’s New Equations mission, vision, and values. 

• Design and implement scalable I&D initiatives for PwC   employees. 

• Develop performance metrics dashboard for PwC Inclusion & Diversity initiatives.

• Prepare workshops and activities for leaders and employees to enhance I&D

• Supporting Diversity and HC team members to conduct regular data reviews and preparing reporting / analysis as needed, including preparation of key operational slides, information;

• Develop I&D within all parts of the employee journey

• Have a background in I&D from similar working places 

• Have a Degree in business/economics, HR management, social science or other related fields

• At best, practical experience with diversity management

• Ability to assess difficulties and teach people to overcome them

• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
